Most Wins in a Row - Seniors/Reserves

Gingin Reserves (Mortlock FL, WA) has currently won 67 games in a row ... is this a record? I believe the reserves side from Tyrendarra (SWDFL, Vic) went a few years without defeat - does anyone know how many games?

I also remember Vermont (Eastern FL) won about 60 in a row in the 1990s. Is that a record for a senior side?

St Marys in the NTFL won 55 games in a row and I think set an Australian record at the time (late 1990s). Funnily enough we are currently on a winning streak of 38 games so it'll be interesting to see how long that lasts.

What the record is in minor/junior competitions may never be known, but this was accepted at the time as the record. Those curious may care to see if they can find out when Port's Thirds were finally beaten.

I have found that the Tyrendarra Reserves were 118 not out by the end of May 2007, but still haven't got a total yet.

Tyrendarra's Reserves side made it to 118, so the Eagles have 44 wins to go, which, if they remain unbeaten, will be 12 wins into the 2017 season (about Round 14 or 15) if they remain unbeaten - the league has seven clubs, 14 matches per side plus the Page Final Four system.
