These Sites have been around for over a decade and Then why out of the Blue. Why now come out and ask them to be Taken down now.

Is there eShops and Vitrual Consoles not making much Money?

They needed to scab a few bucks from somewhere

Nintendo actually has enough money stashed in the bank to go through over a decade of significant financial deficits.

It is sort of amusing, but the ROMs will pop back up in no time, probably just on torrents instead of those virus-ridden sites.

At the end of the day you should just pay $5 or $10 for the game if available on Virtual Console so at least the developers get some crappy royalties out of it. Not gonna break your bank. With that said basically every good game on Virtual Console has disappeared for some reason :(

Some Games would not even be worth $5 for the Old Nes and Gameboy/Color. Maybe be for SNES + GBA Games.

There are Torrent Sites that already have Full Collections there to Download.

The only games that aren't worth $5 now are the games that were never worth their asking price. The classics are absolutely worth $5.

Games like Zelda would be worth $5 as it take long time to play but games like Mario games you could Beat in less then a day. That is not worth $5.

Though I guess it depends on how you ask.

Then why NES be Competitor in the 8 and 16 Bit Wars in Sega don't try and take down Master System and Mega Drive Roms?

Maybe if Nintendo could actually step up their Virtual Console this wouldn't be such a big deal. They've released the Gamecube controller adaptor and so far it works for one game. I'd happily shell out 20 bucks to play some F-Zero or Mario Sunshine again.

Nintendo would not spend anything Extra on there Vitrual Consoles's. They just think they make the Retro Games avaliable as they saw on Youtube that lot of People are into Retro Games and they are trying to cash in on that.

I would be happy to pay the Price of the Game what it's worth on E-Bay or bit Cheaper. Though the Games that are $50 or more they be stupid to Charge that much for them.

So don't expect Miracles from Nintendo
