Wow, what a welcome to C grade from the Vultures.
They were all over us from the first bounce. Midfield and delivery into the forward line were exceptional.
Having seen Parkdale a few times last year, I think they are much improved and will be right up there at the end of the season.
The Gryphs have a lot of hard work to do in the coming months and hopefully they can bounce back quickly.
Canteen and social rooms were great and the toasted cheese sandwiches went down a treat at the after match drinks.
I suspect it will be the total opposite out at PEGS this week. Has to be up there as one of the worst venues in the VAFA.

Wasn't there but told he handled the situation extremely well and with class.
Going up a grade when you’re a bit undermanned is bloody challenging, as Monash found last year

A win at last in C for GE. Looked down the barrel of a gun till half time and then played like we could. Huge crowd and 4 great games at Packer. AJAX away next week. At least it’s not at the lake.

Where is the Jackers home ground? Do they play at the lake or Princes Park? I know in the past they have used Princes Park when they kicked Caulfield (SFL) off. If not, who uses Princes Park currently as a venue?
