Preview Preview and Changes Vs Adelaide

OUT: O'Shea?
IN: Moore?

Not sure who I'd change tbh.

If you're a Crowie, feel free to post in here, but remember this is the Port board so be careful with your banter.

EDIT: Schulz and Hartlett may be casualties. Who to replace them with...? Do we bring back Butcher after his 5 goals in the SANFL?

EDIT: Due to the changing nature of this thread, I've changed the title and prefix to "preview" as well.

O'Shea is much maligned. I thought he did well yesterday.
Moore played well in the magoos but not adequate enough for a recall unless Hamish is injured.

Reckon the only changes would be forced, e.g. Schulz or Hartlett :(

Maybe Mitchell out to get a full run - Moore, Young, BMT or Dom in?

Still a couple of games IMO, his kicks have the force of an average human's punch ATM.

Robbie Gray 16 touches and kicked two goals. Rusty early but really came into the game in the second half. Moved superbly and his hands are looking good again. Would probably still hold him back one more week.

No changes unless forced.

Worth bringing Butcher in as the sub?

Worth consideration in case he's not ready for a full game. I'm just worried with our structures regarding tall forwards if Shultz is well held and Westhoff is roaming around the ground. Having Butcher as an option would allow us to change if something isn't working.

Wouldn't be making changes unless Schulz doesn't come up, if thats the case then Butcher comes in, if theres something wrong with Hartlett, then Cassisi, Moore and Thomas are the ones I would consider to come back in.

Not keen to rush Robbie Gray back, lets get him right and ready to go to return to the AFL with a bang.

The criteria should be that if anyone is playing outstanding SNAFL football are they still good enough to displace a current AFL player - in both games so far, I can't see any player who has not contributed to the win in each of those games and therefore deserve to stay in.

Of course our two most important players are in doubt for this one. Of course.

Hard to see a change if those two are fit. Redden was our worst performer last night but there's no way they'll drop a young ruck after one bad match.

Moore needs to have a few big possession games in the SANFL before getting a call up.

O'Shea has been terrific for us two weeks in a row playing two very different roles. How anyone could think he should be dropped is beyond me.

I'd like one of Butcher or Stewart to come in probably at the expense of one of the ruckmen. Harsh call, on probably Lobbe, but I think structurally we need a second key forward. Schulz was getting double teamed too often because, apart from when Westhoff drifted forward, he was the only tall target. Lobbe and Redden just got caught out of position too often and allowed GWS easy rebounds.

I have never been an oshea knocker..but i think right now he is on a knife edge in terms of his performance...

He does some great things and some bad things but his bad things have been covered because of the oppisition we have played. ..if he cleans up his disposal and decision making he would be great. ...

He is almost good but he is almost not good...

No change for me unless injuries...butch for shulz BMT moore dom for hartlett

Some merit in considering this. Our resting ruck needs to provide something up forward.

De ja vu. Last year in the same fixture we were missing our entire leadership group in the Showdown.
