The genesis of this little effort was a comment I read on another board that North's forward trio were better than Jack, Vickery and Griffiths. I went and had a look at the the combination for the three Richmond talls of goals and goal assists and found they were indeed higher than the North trio (7.5 versus 6.8 a game). That got me to thinking that this would be an interesting way of ranking forwards. IMO this confirms that both Jack and Vickery are criminally under-rated, but that Griffiths is not much use at this stage.

Hmm, that looks like our forward line has genuine tall talent. Noticeable no true good small. Deledio does well, but not perhaps as god as I expected. And the Pies really are delusional if they think adding midfield talent = premiership. With no good forwards they are pushing a truck full of excrement up a steep hill.

Can see Lids rocketing up that list as he plays more forward in the future.
Jack's a star and deserves that rating, There's few other players in the league that have his goal sense and ability to manufacture goals from nothing.

From memory, he was the only other player besides Buddy to have kicked 50 goals in the consecutive 5 seasons prior to 2015. Has now done it the last 6 seasons.

Cloke or Vickery? its a no brainer the Collingwood flog with the little pecker every day of the week.

Im sorry guys but if Cloke is a spud Vickery is one that's gone rotten.

Vicekry puts em through the big sticks not into the olympic stand

Did anyone see the size of McBean against Astbury in the latest Vid? Looks like he has grown a lot (or it could be the camera angle)

For his pay scale, he simply isn't accurate enough.

Vickery got it right last year and hopefully can carry that form through the rest of his career.

People that don't rate Vick remind me of the people that didn't rate Rance. Maybe because they are the same people?

Fat campaigner on a limb, Vick will kick more than jr in twenty one six

Ive always rated Rance, Ive historically never rated Vickery, and still have big doubts. Vickery in his best form is a helpful player, in anything less than his best form is a useless dose of anti-football treacle to the forward line.
