Milk stout actually has lactose for body, mouth feel and some sweetness. Really enhances the chocolate notes against roastiness, coffee etc.

Try 4Pines Stout as a good local example that should be stocked most places.

Not sure what the outcome will be, he did mention to me a few weeks back that he would transfer me if I needed to as he didn't want to lose me. I know he has some big plans for me which would likely be hard to happen if I wasn't in the main office.

I considered requesting to our Perth office which is a much bigger operation but I don't really know that many people there, I have family in Perth but I don't really like them.
