Would've been the perfect opportunity for Richmond to expose their clash strip, despite the fact they could probably get away with it against Carlton.

Collingwood never use their clash jumper as much as they should. It's the problem of being one of the Big Three clubs in the AFL.

GC wore their home strip in last year's corresponding fixture.

I tipped them to be in white this week, only as a gamble in search of an early advantage (this round is straight forward)

The teams don't clash, no, but in 2015 with visual aesthetics a necessity, this SHOULD be the matchup:

The NFL have a color v white policy, which does it's best to avert from clash better than the AFL.
The NRL's kits are a nightmare to comprehend.

you've got to say, the two leagues I initially mentioned have the best uniform policies..

The NRL's kits are a nightmare to comprehend.

The NRL don't need to worry about clashes or contrasting tops/bottoms because the teams are easy to distinguish; they're always on opposing sides (don't wanna deviate too far off topic here)
