Wellings is an interesting one.
Wasn't there speculation we have had an eye on him for the last 12 months or so hence why we offered a spot in our VFL team?

He looks very clean with ball in hand and makes some right decisions by foot.

He stood out for me yesterday. If he’s still available late or rookie I’d like us to pick him.

What's the ladder look like?

...and the ladder going out:

Here's the ladder predictor to play around with. Be advised, don't use the autopick. For some weird reason, it gives the team coming off the bye an extra 2 points...

We got cut a break by Werribee, who did what they did earlier this year and beat Box Hill. On the other hand, we got screwed over by Williamstown, who ran up the score on Richmond. The Tigers have now relinquished their hold on top spot to Casey, suffering the second bad loss in as many weeks and have the bye next week, which could see them finish Round 20 two games behind first and a mathematical chance of losing the right to a Punt Road home final.

Two big games next week to keep an eye on, in addition to our own: Casey vs Box Hill, which could decide the minor premiership for Casey, and the battle of the old rivals in Williamstown vs Port Melbourne. Cross your fingers for the Borough in that one, because a Port Melbourne victory and a big enough win for us over Frankston could see us get our beaks into 4th place with a round to play...

Top 4 be good.

We pretty much made the Finals as Frankston we should Flog

We had finals locked two weeks ago. 9 wins gets you into the Top 8 in this comp (and sometimes, 8 and the best percentage).

Of course, the thing with finishing 4th is, we would be playing one of two teams who have really gotten a hold of us this year in Richmond and Casey. So, you gotta ask yourself, which do you prefer: Richmond at Punt Road, with all those things breathing down on you, or Casey on the unplayable Casey Fields, possibly on a Saturday night?

Well with Making Finals now we can gun for the Top 4 and Have to Poor Sides to Finish Season with

Really surprised McClarty didn't get any votes.

But we’ve been told about 9ths incredible depth and how they could easily cover a few injuries.

They're a bit fragile in a couple of areas, none more so than ruck, especially with Hampsons retirement. Losing Nanker's and Soldo getting a senior gig hurts their VFL team. Chol is also injured I think so throws a lot onto the shoulders of Coleman-Jones.
