Will try to answer some of the most common questions:
Which rookie should I field? - Answer: no one knows, lucky dip
Should I trade Merrett / Zorko / Hibberd / Fyfe? No
Should I trade Dow / LDU / Noughton etc.? No
Should I do everything I can to bring in Buddy? No, trading him in won't get you his 1st round score - only if you have a long-term injury to a premo.
Without knowing precisely what the danger is, would you say it's time for our coaches to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside? Yes, I would.

I would not do any trades (till round 3) unless you got players injured, your main concern should be getting your rookies right.
