Honestly, what's more worthy of a finals performance - recent form (considering everything else is equal - points, %, for and against, match ups etc) or a coin toss...

Given the inability to split them on any fair measure, then a coin toss is actually fairer than a contrived outcome.

Yes we are talking about extremely remote chances of happening, but still unfair nonetheless.

We're talking absolute last case scenario, here. As in, if we still can't pick a clean winner between these two sides, we'd flip a coin to determine who gets a Top 4 spot in the finals. Form is a much better indicator. Surely you agree?

Our draw has been super fair...You guys twice in the space of 8 weeks...Geelong twice...We've played most of the top 8 either twice or in quick succession.

Again, this is the absolute last possible measure. It's almost impossible. If there's something to use to separate the two, then it should work. Flipping a coin is literally the dumbest thing to decide in a professional code.
