For those with CEY, would it be worthwhile getting rid of him rather than Newton in order to move to Glenn.

Rich swap to defence with hunt. He becomes rather valuable in defence, does rich.

CEY -> Glenn
Hunt -> Robbie Gray.

Kept lewis as I don't see any viable options that would be suitable, and this at least carries on my original plan, rather than making trades for the sake of it.

Trading out CEY a little bit earlier than I wanted to, but as others have mentioned, he's a cash cow only, so better to hold onto a premium.

Gray was very good last week. Against west coast he should have a field day.

Fyfe to captain this week.

Went:
Lewis > Armitage
Salem > Rich (into backs with DPP) Rich looking tasty now as a back at 350k with an above 80 average. Cheap and will hopefully finish as a handy D7

Was planning on keeping Hodge and Lewis (mostly interested in Leagues) but CEY being out has made that very risky (especially with question marks over Sloane this week)

Lewis -> Mundy
Goodes -> Glenn (via DPP)

I've gone done a sort of poddy upgrade trade thing :D

OUT: Hunt, Newton
IN: Thompson, Titch

Newton -> Glenn
Lewis -> Heppell

Pretty standard trades this week. Leaves me 400k for next week.

Heppell only just over Pendles. Will almost certainly get Pendles in next week.

My trades ended up being:

L. Hodge (he doesn't play until after the hawks bye) > D. Smith

J. Holmes (a ruckman that will never play) > J. Glenn

Resting: C. Byrne, Lewis, CEY, O'Brian & Bennell. No bench cover in the mids.

Leaves me with 281k next week.

This is a huge risk with my ranking but I am writing off this week/hoping

You might get a win in D1 this week, my team has been crippled.

Pretty sure hodge will play round 9 & 10
Misses round 6, 7 and 8 so he will play 2 games before their round 11 bye

Reversed a trade to choose a different option, forgot to confirm trade. Only one trade used

My bad, for some reason thought the byes started in round 9... Haha, would have done the same thing anyway
