The Gumbies. Hmmm I remember in the long long ago when I was a player at the club, they had a strong core of players/posters, Captain, Ninty, the fearless leader whom would rally the troops at will, His partner in crime at FF Winty. Young tyro RoJo and Captain in waiting Peterss.

Fast forward to present day and where are the Gumbies? Ninty quitted as player and Captain, only to return chasing premiership glory. Sticks his head in every now and then. Winty? Posts maybe once a month. still holds down the FF possie, not bad for a guy that does nothing. Peterss has little effect these days, Daniel Kerr of 2009 perhaps? And RoJo not even being at the club anymore suffering a ban for partaking in a Spamming incident. Bottom line is the club is on the brink of collapsing. A lot of hope rests on the shoulders of their only up and coming star StFly, to me he is their only hope.

Was close all the way through and at the end of the day the Wonders innacuracy kicked them out of it. We kicked straight and got the reward.

Ninty turned back the clock today and was sensational at CHF, StFly was all class in the ruck once again.

A fantastic team effort that one Lads, and the senior players really lifted us today.

Glad the team got over the line but I need to do some extra yards on the track this week. .. I didn't get into the game much and when I did MagpieGirl smashed me in the contested play. .. My Wonder Girls pay out earlier in the week come back to haunt me on that one. .. I think I also missed Jeremias playing on my side of the ground and linking up with each other, I see it hurt his game too, getting rested a couple of times. .. I'll bounce back next week though Gumbies. ..
