Combined margin of Metro losing to SA and WA defeating Country cannot exceed 140 points.
Combined margin of Metro losing to SA and NSW/ACT defeating Allies cannot exceed 45 points.

Victoria Country
To finish first: Country defeat WA and SA defeat Metro.

NSW/ACT
To finish first: NSW/ACT defeat Allies, SA defeat Metro and WA defeat Country by less than 80 points.
Combined margin of Metro losing to SA and NSW/ACT defeating Allies must exceed 45 points.
Margin of WA defeating Country cannot exceed 95 points.

Western Australia
To finish first: Metro lose by 60 points or more, WA win by 80 points or more and NSW/ACT win by less than 45 points or lose.
Combined margin of Metro losing to SA and WA defeating Country must exceed 140 points.
Margin of NSW/ACT defeating Allies cannot exceed 45 points.
