I have been forced to start this early this season, as I won't have my laptop of the next few weeks, and would like to start the draft as soon as possible.
I have made changed to the pricing formula and the drafting rules. I have also limited the number of trades to 2 per week.

1. Eligibility
1.1
You must be on a squad list of one of the twelve SFA teams.
2. Squad
2.1 Team
Your playing team will consist of: 2 defenders, 4
midfielders, 1 ruckmen, and 3 forwards.
2.2 Squad
Your squad must consist of between 11 and 14 SFA
players, this includes you.
2.3 Salary Cap
The salary cap will be $4,500,000. This prices include
your own price.
2.4 Trades
There is a limit of 2 trades per week.
2.4.1 Definition
A trade consist of swapping a player from your squad, and
replacing this player with someone else.
2.4.2 Between teams
A trade between two teams can involve draft picks, salary
cap money, or players. If one of these trades were to occur,
it needs to be signed off by both participants and the game
moderator.
2.4.3 You
You cannot trade yourself out of your squad.
2.5 Posting
Your team submission post must include:
- Your name and your team name.
- Your current team.
- A list of players that have been traded in and out.
- A list of 2 emergencies
- Salary cap remaining.
2.6 Team Submission
Team submission is by 12pm AEST/AEDT of the day of the game,
and sent to the game moderator via PM.
2.7 Suspensions
If you are suspended by the SFA or BigFooty, you will not be
able to submit a team for the upcoming round, and thus score
a zero (0) for that round.
2.8 Not posting a team
If you do not post a team, your previous weeks team
submission will take affect.
3. Pricing
3.1 Formula
The weeks price = (.75 * last weeks price) + (.25 * MN * 3
game rolling average)
3.1.1 Magic Number (MN)
The magic number for season 19 will start at is 6360. For each
round a player plays, the magic number will decrease by 1%,
using the straight line method.
3.2 Rookies
Rookie price = $189,500 - $2,700 * (draft number - 1)
3.2.1 Draft number
As there is no official SFA Draft order, a number will be
assigned to the players when they are officially signed to a club. This is organised in chronological order of being signed by the club.
3.3 Base Price
Base price = Season 18 Exie average * MN * [1 - (0.4 - Season
18 games * 0.02)]
3.3.2 Returning players
Base price = career Exie average * MN * .60
3.4 Rounding
All prices will be rounded to the nearest $100
4. Signing players
4.1 You
Your price will fit in as part of the salary cap, and you
cannot trade yourself out of the squad.
4.2 SFA Draft
This is the majoring signing portion of the Exie League.
4.2.1 Draft order
The draft order will be determined by ranking the participants
price in reverse order. The draft will be in vertical form.
4.2.2 Posting
When posting a signing you must include:
- player signed, including their price.
- list of previous players signed, including each players price
- remaining salary cap.
- tag the next person in the draft.
4.2.3 Passing
You are allowed to pass on a signing round.
4.2.3.1 Skipping turns
The persons turn will be skipped if one of the two things
happen:
- it has been 24 hours past the time they were tagged
- they have been online since they were tagged
4.2.3.2 Using skipped turns
If someone's turn has been skipped, they can pick players from
the remaining players left.
5. Scoring
5.1 Exie Points
The system works on Exie points generated during the games.
5.2 Captain
You are your captain for the SFA Exie Draft League.
5.3 Vice-Captain
A Vice-Captain can be appointed. For this player to score
double points, your captain must score zero (0) points.
5.4 Emergencies
Your emergencies score(s) replace any zero (0) in your starting
team of 10. But for this to happen, the emergency must have the
same position attached to their name.
6. Gameplay
6.1 Fixture
A fixture will be organised once number of teams are confirmed.
