Grand Moff Tarkin?
Tarkin is a good point, he's only in 1 film yet he's one of my favourite Star Wars characters.

Grand Moff Tarkin?
The bloke who destroyed Alderaan, what an oversight!
Do you remember if he's ever referred to by name in the movies?
Leia says his name right before the destruction of Alderaan.
I think he's only referred to as "Governor Tarkin" by Leia, don't think Grand Moff is ever mentioned. The bloke who destroyed Alderaan, what an oversight!

Who the feck is Kyle Katarn? If they only appeared in novels or whatever, you gotta assume they won't be in the films at all, much less have a film based around them.I'm hoping for a Boba Fett standalone. Enough material for him available to do it. And also a Kyle Katarn standalone.
Yeah he is only in the extended universe.Who the feck is Kyle Katarn? If they only appeared in novels or whatever, you gotta assume they won't be in the films at all, much less have a film based around them.
He's also in Episode III at the end when they're overlooking the construction of the Death Star.Tarkin is a good point, he's only in 1 film yet he's one of my favourite Star Wars characters.
It did happen in the movie he's there right at the end of Episode III standing with Palpatine and Vader. If it didn't happen in a movie it doesn't exist.
Don't be one of those "book canon" idiots.
Grand Moff Trakin was played briefly in the prequels by Wayne Pygram, ans Aussie actor from Farscape, and also from on episode of Lost (as Isaac of Uluru in the Bernard and Rose episode in s2)
Tarkin was in Episode III.If it didn't happen in a movie it doesn't exist.
