Thought this was easily the worst of Tom's game this year.

Some moments where he really struggled to make an aerial contest. Looked a little limited.

Midfield got smashed in the clearances but that had more to do with Pyke having zero influence. But we are better with Mitchell in the team because it frees up Parker and Macca.

Very important in the last quarter. He certainly needs to work on his foot disposal though, especially off the opposite foot.

For those who always suggest no plan B from Horse against Hawthorn, Mcveigh was moved forward in 4th quarter kicking 2 goals and Tom Mitchell moved onto Sam Mitchell who up until then had been running riot in the midfield and curbed his influence to 3 possessions in the last quarter. Good coaching by Horse and a bit of luck with some wayward kicking by Hawks and game goes Swans way.
