If we are serious we should be hiring a pro negotiator from the corporate world.

This is what I have been thinking. Trade period only goes for 10 days. Get an expert in for that period, at least hold our own in trades, then the List Manager can take over handling the contracts etc for the rest of the year. At the very least we won't feel this bad this time every year.
