Might not be a prime mover, but we just sold two good picks to get him.
Two good picks in the draft featuring the kid you’re talking about.
They would have been well aware of Reid during trade period last year and they chose to trade for Taranto & Hopper.
They are not going to sell them a year later for this kid.

Just quietly, all those picks could well fall outside the top 10.
I agree though, Eagles will want at least the value of 2 premium picks. Like pick 4 and pick 6 or something along those lines.

I don't think it is likely. But all teams have players they can trade to Eagles or to other clubs to get picks. It will be very interesting to see how this plays out. Eagles would place some sort of priority on WA raised players, and we are certainly rich in those. Whether we would even be thinking along those lines, I doubt it, but you just don't know. From all that has been reported we were definitely making serious offers to get the rights to Horne-Francis.
