3. JB. He took pack marks, stayed on his feet in the contest, ran and ran and created the holes thru' which goals were scored. His opponent, who I rate highly could not leave him to be the 3rd man in other contests. Just comes up for the big games and he really is becoming his own man - not Carey or anything. He's JB and that's looking good enough.
2. Shaun Hart. Perpetual motion and courage, now adding goal sneak to his repertoire. Working well with Luke Power. There're like a mini midfield gang. Legend.
1. Mal. Just huge. On the burst, standing tall, keeps his feet and his head. A guy you can build a team around.

Coach. Absolute triumph. Back to the drawing board, Pies.
Notting. Suggested that he must kick more goals and he did. Great coaching move to add his spring to the usual goal square wrestle and Tim delivered.
Beau. Dominant and single minded.
Fly. Now you see why the team needs him. The PERFECT tackle to seal the win.
Mr. J. Brennan. Now we have an hier to the legend DJ. The play of the day was his run with Leppa basically guiding him to snag that goal in the 3rd. Just so uplifting. The Pies just had no one who could begin to go with him.
The 'in-your-face' gang - Scotts and CJ. You'd follow them anywhere.
I think the 3rd quarter was one of the most exciting displays by this squad since the 3rd quarter in 2001 GF.
