Such a great eye for detail with a copious amount of wit. The first two Streets albums are outstanding, not sure which I like better. Love the concept of A Grand Don't Come Free with the relationship story, but Original Pirate is probably a better album on the whole.
I am assuming you have seen Jason Becker's: Not Dead Yet documentary?
Haven't listened to anything outside of those two albums, I have heard he falls off a bit. I love them already though.Original Pirate Material was such a breath of fresh air when it was released. Got a bit of air play but not what it deserved. I just love how he balances gritty realism with a hopeful optimism. That one posted earlier, The Irony of it All is one of my favourites.
Listened to a bit of The D.O.T. today but wasn't that impressed. Might need a few more listens.

There's snippets throughout that are worth a continued listen, which is why I'll give his new stuff some time to sink in.
