No access to an oven or anything at home this week. It's nudging towards a summers day in Melbs and I was hanging out for a stir fry or sung choi baio, alas...

yes

I bought some pate from the french shop at vic market and ate it with raw carrots.
 
Starters Thin slices of beef fillet, white truffle oil, capers, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano

Main Chargrilled escalopes of veal, fennel & rocket salad, basil, garlic, ligurian olives, lemon, X.V.O.

Sides Sautéed silverbeet, broccolini, courgettes, garlic, chilli, X.V.O.
