Low carb John West Inferno Tuna cakes (tuna with egg, oatmeal and onion) with a side of sauteed broccoli.

After a 30 minute walk the bowels didn't like it much.

Chorizo and Potato Tacos with Tomatillo Salsa Verde.

Made the South american style chorizo from scratch, with pork mince and lots of chilli, spices and garlic.

So good!

Tried homemade sushi this week. Pretty good, and not difficult with one of those "sushi kits", but time consuming.

Also did a roast leg of lamb in the slow cooker. Garlic, rosemary, onion, red wine, beef stock. Was good, but an extra hour wouldve made it even softer and more garlic and rosemary more flavoursome.

Tonight, a south african bobotie, which looks to just be a spiced mince mix with a layer of baked egg over the top.
