You guys have done very well for n00bs, not only the cricket but some great posting also.

IMHO your rotation policy stuffs your one dayers. Don't forget you can make player changes and maybe 'old pigs foot' or ' Eeekmonster' could become a bowler for one dayers, even a direct swap for Kram in that form of the game.

It's a funny thing, it seems over the years that the really enthusiastic teams do better. Not oly you this year, but SaC at Inferno has brought in a couple of n00bs and the posting is up as well as the results.

Vics need to fire up. Too few posters, and those that do are often one liners. But believe me the Vics were great posters once.

Need to get the spirit of the 'bloods' or 'shinboners' going.
