More unlikely not with Collingwood pulling out.
Dogs are your best bet, but they'd be mad to offer big $$$.

I'm going with the latter.

The irony is his detractors are bleating he's not worth "X" amount of money yet when Carlton offer him closer to the amount they think an injury plagued player is worth then we're "low balling" him.

lowballed? Kruezer has been offered 450000 & 2 years - not bad for a player who has only played 30 games over 3 seasons.

if it was in the low $300s - still a tidy sum, maybe there would b a low balling argument.

richmond offered Martin a contract in the 400s a couple of years back, he shopped himself around, then signed with Tigrs. Richmond were simply offering Martin what they believed he was worth - as Carlton is with Kruz.

perhaps the angle should be why is Kreuz - with his injury history - worth more than $500?

Fwiw I hope Kreuz signs, but I also understand why the club - and a number of other clubs it seems - wouldn't offer half a million.

Scharenburg is still a teenager and a young player. Of course young players make mistakes, but in the long run Scharenburg is going to become better player then Yarran and Henderson combined.

He isn't meant to play on key forwards, Marsh went down with a hamstring before half time. Scharenberg was the best player on the ground at half time by so far it wasn't funny.
