You have certainly embarrassed yourself there with some truly idiotic claims. Contracts are not renewed each year and yes Hawks still pay many of their players unders, more so in previous seasons as far as value/output is concerned. Hawks finished the regular season 3rd, clearly worth more than a bottom team spending 5% less on their players. Hawks also as far as can be read into about their end of season trading plans have freed up cap space. Burgoyne and Mitchell are still elite and have been on unders for years and both signed new contracts this year for less money for next season.
