Seems about right .

SPS a bit tired, Graham a bit slow .

Lamb and Thomas should make our forward line a bit more accountable and the Big Liambowski to stiffen up the defence.

I don't mind it all all.
Keeps players on their toes whilst rewarding those that have worked hard....call it a rotation policy of sorts.

Lamb has done some very good things and his pressure has been great, without really starring. Take your chance, son. :)

I like the changes. Graham has had a series of games which will give the MC an understanding as to where he sits. He now has the second half of the year to build on that to determine whether he stays or goes. I hope Lamb, now get a block of games to determine if he is to be retained. With the possible departure of Casboult, Jones will hopefully be given an extended run, to determine if he could possibly be that bigger body to be retained for next year until the likes of Harry & Co come on.

SPS & MacCreadie will be fine, one needs a rest, the other got another taste of what is required at AFL level.

I accept that Thomas has been brought in on the back of his performances at NB. Bolton & Co sticking to the mantra, clear and consistent message for all players

Happy for Liam but I'm not feeling it. Lamb and Thomas seem like strange, needless ins for mine. Oh well....

It's a bit meh. Be interesting to see where Jones plays and how he goes. Just hope the kids keep coming in over the second half of the year. SPS Polson Macreadie LeBois McKay Kerr Sheehan Byrne Pickett will eventually take over. At the moment we are still shuffling the deckchairs

Havent seen any of the VFL form to judge Lamb's inclusion - reports suggest others in better touch.
Jones rewarded for good form - hopefully he takes the confidence into the game and attacks the pill.
Daisy in would annoy me usually - but seeing he is replacing Graham I can live with it.

SPS managed after a week off does seem strange - but he was due a spell.

Blues cannot let them loose on the outside and must sit on the 2 rebounding HB's.

Pity its not at the G.

Bit of overkill on the deck chairs this week for mine. Maybe fearful of a pumping from GWS?? Very happy for LJ though, he's really earned this.

Loving Jones and Thomas in. Disappointed with SPS being rested but understand. Hope he plays VFL instead of a total rest. Would like to see him tear the VFL apart just once before he's permanent best 22.
A little annoyed with Graham being dropped. He wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best 20 possession game.
And really nonplussed about Lamb. Willing to give the same chances afforded to everyone else, but doesn't excite me.
Strangely looking forward to this one.

Probably a bit of that...plus we've heard a few rumours about us playing a few of the fringe players to see if they can survive the cut at the end of the year...Jones and Lamb fit into that category. Also they have been in good VFL form.

With guys like SPS, Macreadie & Fisher etc playing very low game time, our midfield and team would get slaughtered by GWS' running power which doesn't help development at all.

Besides, if we're honest none of SPS, Graham or Macreadie have done much in their last 2-3 AFL games.

Jones simply has to play with the freedom and confidence he had been in the VFL.

If he freezes up, the day may not be kind to him, but if he just approaches the game with the same F.U. approach, it may be fun.

EDIT: Looking forward to his double fisted punch. The thing goes 40 metres given his approach, effort and power.........Beast. :)

EDIT 2: Jones in his form and playing in the main game and Casey playing his first game back after a year. Great stuff.
