Injured his PCL in the 2016 GF. Overdid his running in the following preseason trying to come back too quickly and suffered from groin issues all last season. Did almost nothing over the most recent pre-season, hampered by a calf issue. And then strained his groin a few weeks into this season (unrelated to last year’s groin issues, according to the club).

He’s still young enough to have plenty of good football left in him if he can get his body right. I’ll be very surprised if that is for a club other than the Swans.

Maybe the Swans think moving on a player with few hard km on the clock is a smart move.
