For a team to be up and about so consistently a down patch is due, happened after the 80's. Happened to the Lions, will happen to the Hawks .

At least our flag success is recent. Geewrong have been trying to get back up there after 2011 and have been failing spectacularly ever since!

Hasn't happened with Geelong, we're still contending and have been doing so since 2004. We also have the best win/loss ratio since the AFL became a national comp.

We also didn't miss finals the year after winning a premiership.

And if failing spectacularly in your book is making prelim finals then I'd really hate to see what you think of your owns clubs recent activities.
