Done one before Coops? Sounds like you have some experience with them.
Yes, so has my grandfather and mother. Maybe it's genetic, the grandfather who did it is my Mums father

My grandfather was playing for Glenelg reserves as a 17 yr old, probably would've played senior SANFL football and but he did his and his career was over as a result, never got close to his best afterwards. My mother and I were relatively recent and we're both fine now, though I was never close to that level tbf, but still I don't feel any worse off now compared to before. Mum tells me she feels the same.

Tbf when I did it I thought I was done and I'd never be the same again. Was heartbroken. But I've since learned I was perhaps a bit hysterical for thinking that because, as I've said, it's not the devastating injury it used to be, length of recovery time aside.

Not sure how growth plays into it all.
As far as Doc goes I have more faith in his recovery as he is meticulous and hard working which is what is required with rehab. And your recovery is only as good as your commitment to rehabilitation.

The other thing I left out with the previous stat, fwiw, was that height is irrelevant.
Irrelevant in the stat gathering or in general?

Now I’m thinking about it, St Kilda would love Pick 1. A key forward is the top of their lists, and why not a once in a generation player.

And we would not mind Smith, Walsh or Rankine

Interesting, where do you rate Lukosius, or Rankine for that matter

By the way, had Rozee at 2 before the championships

Its more what Id do, not what I think will happen. Hard to say where I see Lukosius going, all depends on who has pick 1. If Adelaide or anyone else has pick 1, I think Lukosius goes at 1. If we have pick 1, I think we take Walsh especially if the MM rumours have an element of truth. I don't see it making much sense drafting Lukosius or either of the King twins if we are picking up MM, wouldn't make sense.

IF GCS have pick 2, Im not sure they pass up Lokosius with Tom Lynch headed out the door. Rankine for me should be the slider this year. I just think he is a bit over rated and not worth a top five pick.

Understand all the trade scenarios having an impact

But if it was straight out rating the draftees, without a side in mind, who do you rate as the top 6 say

Based on current draft order and taking into account GCS almost certain compo pick I see it going like this.

Walsh
Lukosius
Smith
Rankine
B. King
M. King

Bulldog ( 5, 41,59,60) / St Kilda( 4,58,61,65) this has been pointed out to me. Its safe to assume that both teams will be looking for higher picks up the draft. We have pick 1 (PP maybe) the crows second.. and the bulldogs second. Im sure we can work some magic here.

A few years back, Scrimshaw was talked about as being the most talented in the draft, and his skillset was compared to the Bont. The knock on him was that they weren't sure what his best position would be, and that he needed to learn to get more possessions per game (cos when he got it, he was really something special).

Anyone know what his story is - out of form/favour, injured or other?

Dude, why are you obsessed with trading pick one? Fair chance it gets the club using it an elite player.

Something like:
Carlton: 1, 25, 64 --> 4, 41, Seb Ross, Luke Dahlhaus
St Kilda: 4, Seb Ross --> 5, 25, 60
Bulldogs: 5, 41, 60, Luke Dahlhaus --> 1, 64

Beware the tall talented flanker who doesn't win much of the football and whose best position is unknown...

Just felt like saying it, not sure if it's true.

Just need to be bottom ager and you have a Hughes special
