With this year allegedly being a 'super draft' i can't see any club trading out of the top 7 or so for our 2019 1st.

Personally i'd rather keep it than do that, so we have more assets to trade in a mature gun with it next trade period, instead of drafting another kid.

If that was the case he’d be at the bombers. Dragging their feet trying to play flinch with SOS might not end well.

Those that expressed a concern regarding the Settlefield trade, after we gave all key elements for McGovern , might be close to the mark. Hopefully we didn’t panic and went early ..... must try and keep the faith - but I will be p1ssed if we lose out on Settlefield.

As for next years first, I have a terrible feeling it will be a top 2 pick and therefore I prefer to keep as well.

We need a much improved on field performance next year + a "will not be denied" mentality when speaking to him next year. We cannot allow any other club to persuade him. our offer needs to be HUGE. Can't keep going to the draft every year.

Our future 1st is a prized possession it may well be top 5 and next year that gets one vclose to Rowell and absolute jet midefieder or Sharp there's a few others I'd want a little more than just to early 2 second rounders 2018.

Jones gets monstered by the beasts. People need to get over the idea that Jones is a good backman.

He’s had good moments down back for sure, but he’s not a mainstay. He’s too disruptive down back, and long term he’s bad for the back half cohesiveness.

I think with Doc back there he will get back into his 2016 form. Needs guidance down back that for sure!

When has sos shown in the last 3 years he will get pushed over.

He has a good track record of getting fair outcomes.
