That’s what happens when clubs/people buy into the hype each year regarding draftees. Supposedly the SA clubs are obsessed with nabbing the 2 standout SA guys.

If SOS is as good as everyone thinks, then we should be demanding he trade pick 1 for two top 10 picks.

And I'm not actually against the idea if the deal includes a top 5 pick and SOS believes the talent level doesn't drop too far and/or a mature-age mid is on the table with one of the picks.

I do think our list is packed with young talent and if Walsh is the stand-out best talent, I'd rather we add one star than 2 good players.

Maybe....they do a lot of draft changes every year and look busy....but not many of them work out..or stay. Neale is the replacement for Rockliffe but not a matchwinner on his lonesome any more so. Their problems arent the midfield.
