Our water bill over the last 2.5 years (since I've been there) is not even $100 which says it all.

I dunno about 22. There's only 20 on a SFA team sheet for instance. That and there's a few who have been a bit loose with their presence recently, SM has been off supporting a soccer club that looks like Hawthorn.
