The Hately deal isn't being delayed by Adelaide. It's because GWS are waiting on a number of other deals, which are in turn (probably) dependent on other deals happening as well.

There's no use getting all heated up over Adelaide's failure to get the deal done, when the delays are being caused by the other party.

When yoyre acquiring and have pick 1 in the PSD and no other irons in the fire, the later the better. And not at all is perfectly acceptable too.
