I reckon we might talk to one or more assistant coaches at Melbourne and Dogs and wait till after the GF.

I'm pretty sure Sayers mentioned some time ago that the announcement of a new coach could be after the GF.

We'd be crazy not to give Yze a ring, and I'm also surprised Caracella's name hasn't really been thrown up. Forty3 mentioned that Kinglsey is out of the running, which pretty much just leaves Ross/Voss. Obviously I back Cook and Diesel to pick the right coach, but I'd rather Pyke or McQualter over Voss to be quite honest.

What do we think the odds of getting a new senior coach announced by Friday? Probably low but I really think we need to make a decision sooner than later. We have work to do, players to recruit, players to exit, a coaching team that is invloved in the recruitment process.

If we don’t name a coach this week then I feel Cook is waiting to speak to a couple of assistants involved in the Grand Final and I really hope Yze is one of them, big fan of him and his coaching apprenticeship
