Rookie mistake, I reckon. He was a pick 6 in the National draft- wether his recent form is this or that for this or that reason - is one thing - getting the very best deal for him leaving is the responsibility of the football department - it isnt the repsonsibility of the football department to signal 'good riddance' to any asset - it the responsibility opf the dept to get the most it can - and Carlton should define what most is - not WC.
Carlton is under NO compulsion to FINALISE anything- it is up to WC to FINALISE is my point ie makes us happy to lose a pick 6 with so much potential and upside etc ertc

Same. I actually thought Kingsley was the best of the new crop so if its down to these two, I am comfortable the panel and Cook (especially this bloke) will pick the right bloke.I’m becoming more optimistic at the thought of Vossy as coach, excited to see what he does

If you can't workout by who standard, not sure I should interact with you.By whose standard?
Vossy as senior coach with McQualter, Scarlett, Nigel Lappin and Power as his assistants is a pretty good resultSame. I actually thought Kingsley was the best of the new crop so if its down to these two, I am comfortable the panel and Cook (especially this bloke) will pick the right bloke.

keep the faith, magic - gonna be a rocky season I reckon...........Vossy as senior coach with McQualter, Scarlett, Nigel Lappin and Power as his assistants is a pretty good result

According to 7 News Cook is talking to both Voss and Kingsley in the next couple of days.
Im backing in Forty3’s info telling us Kinglsey has been told he’s out
I'd like someone like a Robert Harvey or Dean Solomon as well who albeit for a short period has been in the hot seat.Vossy as senior coach with McQualter, Scarlett, Nigel Lappin and Power as his assistants is a pretty good result
G. - As in Glass Jaw?G. Post was weak under pressure.
The dream result for this role for me would be Choco Williams or Don Pyke. I trust Cook to put the best people around Vossy to succeedI'd like someone like a Robert Harvey or Dean Solomon as well who albeit for a short period has been in the hot seat.
Just someone for Voss to bounce off of who understands the pressures.

I actually thought he looked ok in the second half of 2019Apologies, I was looking at 2019 when he played 17 games and showed little. 17 games is a decent number to make the coaches sit up and take notice.
He does seem to know Tiges goss.
Jon Ralph saying that Voss is down to the last 2 candidates for head coach with Voss being preferred. He says something dramatic would have to happen for him not to get the job .... this has Ross Lyon written all over it![]()

If it ends up being Voss and a bunch of no names / unproven assistants
Forty3 said Kingsley has been notified he is unsuccesful.
I'd back him in with a much better record than Tom 'lots to play out here' Browne.
DT didn't destroy Kennedy's career, so I guess you're saying DT's approach to Kennedy contributed to making him a much better player?
