To mark this great achievement I sat down with the great man yesterday to have a chat.

iDon congrats mate on 500 games this week, it's a mighty effort. From your posting history I can see you say less than Bruce Doull! Would that be an accurate statement?

1. This is correct. I have very little to say, a mere observer with the odd chime here and there. But I've enjoyed that for me, pop by when I can.

Being the Sweet FA highest single club capped player all for the Bombers, how does that sit with you?

2. Haven't really taken a heap of notice until last few hundred games when a lot of people just fall off the site. I was dropped though not a few seasons back but true to form most people disappear after a while and I was back at it. Consistency has got me here.

How did you come to joining Baghdad Bombers mate?

3. Gee. I think I just joined when I was just new to the site. First joined up in the fantasy Cricket team as ~GURU~ which I'm not sure was accurate as I didn't have much wisdom to impart and then got dragged over to the footy.


Over such a long career starting in Season 6, what are the highlights and any lowlights in your journey?

4. Always the premierships first. Team success. Low lights have been the rebranding of the club which seems to have happened just a few times. Not always required but think now we are finally in a good spot and let's hope no more relocations/name changes

For those starting their Qareers or not long into it are there any words of wisdom you could impart mate?

5. Marathon not a sprint. Don't get caught up in the bullying that seems to bestowe a few in here.


Which Captain or player has had the biggest influence on your Qooty Qareer?

6. boncer34 , loopy_cam KohPhi Coach Tony Lynn 15 just to name a few at bombers. Respected Ljp86 and others who have done various admins/record keeping for seasons

I believe you are very close to kicking 500 goals and that would be a nice coincidence should that occur this Sunday. What's your favourite position mate?

7. Haha I'd take FF every day of the week. But I think in my 400th I played on the pill and had 40 Nd kicked 6 or something stupid. Maybe out be in the guts?


I understand you like your golf, what's your handicap and favourite course you've played at?

8. Handicap about 15 and the Old Course at the National was my favourite. Hoping to play a few quality tracks this year with some more free time.


After our game this weekend Vs the Warriors what will be your drink of choice?

9. Stone and Wood. Refreshing and nails the spot.
