Les Mentiplay kicked 29 for Hastings Vs Dromana in 1929.

It was the last H & A for the season , Dromana turned up with half a side , On a miserable day Dromana used some young lads tp add to their side.
After Hastings kicked 52 goals to half time the match was called off.

Mentiplay kicked 29 in half a game of football.

22 - Peter Lovell - Coleambally v Daysdale - Coreen DFL 1984

Dad played for Daysdale against Coleambally that day and Lovell started the final round on 142 goals for the year to Tobias' 140. He was celebrating after kicking 22, thinking he had won it outright, but then the news came through that Tobias had kicked 24!
Mick Dalitz kicked 121 for Oaklands that year and lost the goalkicking by 43 goals.

Ryan Donaldson kicked a handy 17 goals today for Longwarry; that bag takes his tally up to 99 goals in 10 games - 9.9 goals a game is a handy average. Vincent Muccitelli kicked 170 last year, Donaldson looks on track to beat that if he continues his superb form. :thumbsu:
 
I have a hunch the the Coreen DFl happened at the end of 1985 not 1984,

Reason.

I read an article about Lovell ( sunday press) who was playing in Melb suburbia in 84 and another posteer claimed Tobias kicked 180 in 1985.
 
You could be right about 1985. And the 164 figure for both was at the end of the home and away season. Both Tobias and Lovell played in the finals, although neither Wahgunyah or Coleambally were in the grand final, so Tobias could easily have finished with 180. I'll have to check that for you.

He kicked his 17th 5 miutes into the last quarter and then ran off so he could kick his 100th in front of his home fans next week.
 
ryan donaldson kicked another 17 this week. against my team. he went off in the last quarter on 99 for the season; so he kicks his 100th at a home game. THATS 99 IN 10 GAMES!!!!!!
