Some posters have been going on and on about Ginni being dropped. While I’m not one of them, I’d just like to say that good things happen when he’s on the field.😂
No doubt - but it was a choice of pace that was largely pointed out as the reason Hill was preferred.
But a poor performance by Hill now puts Ginnivan back in contention to regain his spot.

Should have been 34-10 with all the blatant HTB and throws not paid against your mob.
Free kick count was all down to Sydney’s strategy of trying to smash us, instead of beat us playing footy.

Special mention to Parker too, who dives neck first into tackles, and onto his guts as soon as tackled from behind. Whistle straight away. Whilst Adams and Jack almost had their heads ripped off and play on.

This is going to sound strange but you know how you know you’re a near unstoppable side?

When teams literally change how they play for 1 week to try and stop you rather than “play their way” and take you on

Sydney are ****ed without COLA. Pathetic club. Half their game plan today revolved around trying to tough guy molest a 19-year old.

Huh? They haven’t had COLA for ages, and been in 4 GFs in the past decade.

We beat a very well run and coached Football Club today and for that we should should be proud.

Ginnivan was brilliant. Conditions suited him.

And how good is it watching Mitchell bore in 😍😍😍
Mitchell’s ability to throw himself into the pack at all costs, even if it’s just to halve the contest is amazing.
The punishment he cops with that singular commitment is just astonishing.

That was good win in the end.Ugly, but still a good win.The Swans did everything in their power to slow us down, hold us up,keep the ball out of our hands, and yet still we found a way to win. That’s the sign of a good side, that they can still win when not playing at their best.

We still have some problems though.Consistency for a start. We can go from being dominant to being dominated in the space of one quarter, like we did in the second quarter today. And secondly our ball movement onto the forward line is still quite poor. Our forwards don’t lead to the ball as well, and are too short to take a mark from behind. So that’s causing us a lot of problems for us going forward.

Fix those problems, and I think we can come close to winning the premiership this year.

Our biggest win over Sydney since Round 20, 2013. We also won that game by 29 points.

Before that you have to go back to Round 9, 2009. That was a 41 point win at the MCG.

Trash club living off the back of COLA that allowed them to recruit Buddy and the hand out academy that's given them half their list.

Heeney, Campbell, Gulden, Mills, Blakely, Wicks all through the academy. If Fitzroy got half the hand outs Sydney did they'd still be in the league.

Trash club, trash home ground, trash bandwagon supporters. Even Papley asked to be traded from there but the grub couldn't escape.
