You're both right and wrong about him.
a) without Brady and all the cheating they did, all the ref favoritism, and also many teams inexplicably choking in most of the SBs the Pats ended up winning, he'd be a regular top coach who maybe won a couple SBs and lost a couple.
b) on the other hand, he did take the Pats to 11-5 one season without Brady so he does have some skill as a coach.

Yeah, I think Chip Kelly has burnt any future NFL head coaching chances. Think hes a bit like Dennis Allen, terrible HC but could be a very good coordinator.

Is Dan Quinn really that good of a HC or is it mainly Daniels and Kingsbury?

Andy Reid did really well as a HC at the Eagles tho he never won a SB even when he had a top QB in McNabb. At the Chiefs it was much of the same, couldn't get over the playoff hump and only when Mahomes comes along Reid is 3-1 with another next week

Is Tom Coughlin that good or was it Eli?

Etc with examples where coaches win a SB once they have an elite QB, but otherwise they can be seen as actually excellent coaches who consistently make the playoffs year in year out, but lacking that QB.

Good example is McVay....with Goff just can't win it, struggles to make it for a couple more seasons, but once he jas Stafford suddenly he can win one

Anyone can get an odd 11-5 record with an easy schedule—see, 1994 Browns and 2020 Browns

Also without TB, guy would be twice fired—never was

Already 29 years old thou. Garrett is 4+ years older so imagine he would get way less.
Khalil Mack was traded at end of his 4th season Garrett just finished his 8th. His a much better player than mack but alot older.

? Mack was 27 when he got traded and you had to pay him a new contract, Garrett is a FAR better player also.
