I was convinced at least a season ago that Carltoon's main problem is Michael Loss. He sort of tries hard but you can see his head shrink like a slowly-deflating balloon as the season nears completion. It's like he's trying to disappear before the inevitable end totally buries him. Floss is basically clueless in the face of adversity despite being the opposite as a player.
