I know it's probably being a bad supporter, but I've just turned the game off. Another year of spending thousands on memberships for my wife and I, and I've had enough.

There's something fundamentally wrong with the culture of the team and the coaching staff and I hope Graham Wright is the individual to sort the problems out, because I'll bet I'm not the only one who's questioning why I keep pouring money into a club that appears clueless.
There’s close to 80 years combined memberships in my house between me and my 3 sons. I think I’m done with financial support.

I don’t know what it’ll achieve but I can’t keep paying for this: it brings no pleasure, only 1 son watches games with me and the other 2 don’t give a stuff about it. The club clearly doesn’t give a stuff either.

If I was planning for this game, I would have looked at favorable matchups for O'Farrell, and stopped at Elliott and Hoskin-Elliott.

We earmarked him for this 2 weeks out... we have no ****ing idea, but at least the boy isn't dropping his head.

The board are thinking what at this point in time?

"I don't know - I reckon Vossy can still turn it around!"

We are showing no signs of any sort of improvement. Can't even compete against North. Disgraceful against Port. Copping 100+ point shellacking tonight.

What is the point of keeping him?

Exactly. There is no point. I think it's clear the players have given up on him.

And If Wright decides to keep Voss is it still coaching or does Wright have no idea?

Or I guess at training they only ever do game plan and none of the players ever practice skills.

How is decision making under pressure in the moment on the coach. If you’ve played the game you would know that it is on you the player in that moment, you aint taking the time to remember what Vossy told you to do at training on Wednesday.

How is executing a poor kick under no pressure on the coach. Are you suggesting that players roll into an afl club with limited skills that need a lot of coaching work. I’d be having a hard look at the recruiting staff if that’s the case.

What do you hold Voss accountable for? Motivation? Team selection? Setting an example?

Hate it but don’t think I’ve seen a better structured, drilled and disciplined side than the Pies

The was they hold width and only send certain numbers to contest. It’s amazing. Players work back and fwd and they all know what to do and when

They can kick and support with 100% confidence
It's almost like they have a game plan that they understand, are bought in to and are well drilled in. Must be nice.

Yes, he is a stalwart no doubt but unfortunately his time has come. It’s time to move forward on him.
Disagree, but we cannot rely on him to be a prime mover for 25 games a season.

There's a place for him in a restructure, and the bones are there for the defence.
