In a rather shit viewing with thanks to some confusing instances and people being unable to count to six apparently, we let a game slip and the Swans were just slightly cleaner but the sides did a good job in showing a game of footy.

Shame we couldn't get up for the milestone boys.
Shame we couldn't get up foe the Moose but glad to see him get a snag and compete well.

List your highlights below as we all know how shit people are at their job at AFL house and associates.

Frustrating old game, all things being even we probably pinch that, but I don't mind too much with the result at this stage in the season. Happy to show we can compete, and happy to take a better pick. We can save the winning for next year.

In any case, good showing by our young brigade who are really starting to stand up. After the big win in the VFL as well it's starting to feel like there some tangible progress being made. So good to finally see Heath get a run, he looked lively and was frankly very stiff not to have had at least 2 more shots on goal in that first half.

Next week it's geelong at geelong which is always a hoot, but should be a good test.

With Butler out we have a spot, but we might struggle to find a 'like for like' option. Wilson, Dodson, Schoenmaker and Dow all had monster games in the VFL so any one of them could earn a call up next week.

Bloody enjoyable game to watch, our youngsters was amazing.

Garcia will be the next A Grade mid we’ve been begging for. He’s got it.

Really happy for Moose thought he had some great moments.
Yep Hugo our burst mid, Windy levelled up, Tauru made some mistakes early but steadied after, Hastie had some great moments, Heath more effective that Keeler’s last few weeks. Enjoyed it.

Oh and Hall will win a Norm 😎

Enjoy your dinner. Its amazing how even mods don't realise anyone can start threads.

Marshall and Grundy must have tossed a coin before the game to see who was allowed to have the front position every ruck contest.

Frustrating to see Marshall always a step behind Grundy.

Need to make the step up to include execution as well as effort.

Heath was strong in his debut, Hall very good again, Hastie showed a bit.

We lack polish up forward. That and Grundy were the difference. The players will be hurting, a few in a row we could have won but didn't.

Swans flooded sooo much and we just couldn't deal with it.

Depends if you can flip Marshall for something decent but I agree that TDK is looking less and less worth it
$1.7 (even if it is the new $600k with the cba or whatever) is just an absurd amount on a ruckman.

Honest competitors that show up is all you need. A grade ruckmen seem to influence **** all.

Honestly watching Moose and reading about Dodson (also watching Gawn and Xerri do absolutely **** all to influence their games) I’m more and more convinced TDK is a complete waste.
I have tried to convince myself about TDK and I totally understand why the club has gone this route, have discussed it ad nauseam, but things change, Dodson is putting in a body of work at VFL level that is ultra impressive, and Heath showed he can play at AFL level.
Marshall is still rucking well and is playing much better than De Koning.

We need to look at a mid as a salary dump.

A lot to like again, a few wins look just around the corner. Windy is starting to turn into the player we all hoped. Surprised Hugo only had 15 touches, felt like more, liked his game. The more we get it in Hall's hands the better.

Grundy was the difference in the end, he obliterated Marshall in the ruck. I'm not completely sold on TDK, but do we win that with him instead of Ro doing the bulk of rucking?

Went to the game. Some okay signs. So many times we take the wrong option, look poorly drilled.

We have won 2 games since round 4. The Tigers have won 3. They were widely predicted to have a winless season.

RTB just doesn't know how to get it done. An unbelievably bad season with the talent we have on the list.

Have grave concerns this coaching group will butcher a talented list personally.

Once again the difference in skill level was telling. Our mids did ok until the last then their run and spread showed.

Windhagers price just went up another 100k, well done SOS for trying to short change the kid.

Jack Steele's last few weeks have been much better, he hasn't got his spring back but he is being a lot more damaging with his possessions.

Garcia kicked a ripping goal and is starting to burst from stoppages which is positive. Gutsy to play on with that wrist injury.

Hall another very good game.

Hill was having a reasonable game until he shat the bed in the last, he is as mentally soft as any player running around.

Macrae had a shocker his lack of pace was really exposed against that opposition.

I loved Moose's attitude but I reckon he will be lucky not to get a week for his clumsy hit on McCartin even though it wasnt deliberate.

Tauru had a shocker in the 1st quarter but will learn from it. I don't know when they moved him off Hayward but he let him off the chain early.

Clark 6 possessions in a whole half of footy is simply not good enough.
