Farrell only signed a 5 contract extension in March. That is some pretty strong commitment.

Port supporters may be open to it, not sure about the list management though.

Berry and Whitlock have obviously been mentioned - in know nothing of either but my preference for a player is someone who is best 22 immediately and in the early 20s age bracket

He is a very kong kick, but i dont think he is necessarily a good kick, this is because when there is any pressure he just hack kicks it.

He is a quality player, everyone here is getting underrated because of the shit year we've had. Great leg and defends very well. But in a position we can cover.

I'd be giving him 99 times out of a hundred instead of Whitlock without a second thought. The 100th time I would think about it then give him up.

If NWM were to join Port, he's playing almost exclusively as an on-baller. He's certainly not going to be playing off half back getting cheap ones out the back.

Rozee will stay at HB next season with pinch hits in the midfield.

NWM's possible arrival would not affect Sinn or Farrell in the slightest. It would actually affect the midfield rotation, most likely Mead or Drew in particular would see their roles become far more redundant. And I understand that they're not the same type of player, but a NWM arrival would see Bergman and Wines play more defensively on-ball. Both Drew and Mead wouldn't make my best 23 next year in such a scenario.

A midfield on-ball rotation of Butters, NWM, JHF, Bergman and Wines is about as good as it could possibly get, especially considering their versatility and ability to play multiple positions across the park.
