I'm beginning to think that a lack of rookies results in a stagnant league.

Agreed Phenom and this is something I've been saying for a while. It's a league wide issue and the competition has become too reliant on interclub recruitment for a number of seasons now.

Board tours need to be implemented in my opinion as another way to advertise the competition and recruit new players.
