Correct, if they were in the same situation then these clubs would have submitted evidence to the AFL for them to determine the suspension. That's the changed the AFL decided after the Graham suspension as they knew they stuffed up by just increasing the weeks for same future offence.

I didn't hear that one at all. but besides the point, Quaynor has quite literally done nothing to warrant the boos he's receiving outside of being the victim of a homophobic slur, he's not even gay, but it's besides the point, it's not okay. You would think with the amount of incidents and bans over the last year or so that players would learn, but apparently not.

Usually that would have been the case, but listening on the broadcast you could hear the boos become significantly louder for Quaynor when he got the ball, so I suspect it wasn't just an autopilot thing,

It is possible for both the AFL and Adelaide FC to have handled this poorly.

If I tackled someone in my workplace I'd get suspended, on the footy field it's yells of 'ball!!!' and I get a free kick.

Also, if I called someone a f***** I probably wouldn't cop a four week suspension, but that doesn't mean the AFL cannot do it either. The AFL as a private organisation can set it's own rules regarding offences and punishments. Not sure this is the slam dunk you think it is.
