WELCOME TO THE BFFCL​

• The BFFCL is a fantasy cricket competition where you can win flags from your very own home!
• The BFFCL has 3 formats, Test, OD and T20
• Create your player however you like, and post it in the sign-up thread
• Sign up with one of our clubs (we’ll get to that in a moment)
• Your captain will choose your position that you play in (posting activity will get you a better position)
• Engage in banter for a week with your opposition in match threads
• Each week two teams go head-to-head in a simulated game
• The simulated game is a text form of a cricket match
• The simulator spits out the match play-by-play AND a final scorecard
• There is a Home & Away Season and a Finals Series

How do I sign up?

That is the easiest part. To sign up and be registered as a player, just fill out the Registration Form and post it in this thread.

Once you have filled out the form, you will be eligible to be signed, following a 24 hour freeze period in order to allow every team a chance to sign you. This freeze period does not apply during the off-season.

Ok, so why should I join the BFFCL?

• Meet new people on BigFooty and form new friendships
• Engage in friendly banter between clubs
• Win awards based on your on-field performance
• Gain a reputation that will go down in history
• BADGES! Every player gets a badge. If that’s not a good enough reason, I don’t know what is.

Who are the BFFCL clubs?

At the moment, the BFFCL has 6 teams. They are the Blue Mountains Bounders, Brisbane Dolphins, Melbourne Bolts, Northern Phoenix, Red Centre Kangaroos and the West Coast Whales. Which one you play for will be decided soon.
