    interesting reading what the so called {ACC recently left had to say}
    i didnt want to start another argument,but as i stated before ,1,000 fine gets you out of appearing at the ACC.i wouldve liked to ask him about this.
    i still dont know if self incrimination is good enough to preclude him from restating ACC evidence
    im pretty sure dank and his legal team have covered this with the ACC,before hand

    He does not have to restate the ACC evidence at all , ASADA , State and Territory Law enforcement Territories have to find it and then they can use it on him, if ASADA come qacross the same evidence that the ACC have it is admissable

    1000 is not the law though, that is what the judge decided in that particular case , You also risk time behind prison bars.

    Dank is definetly protected from evidence that ASADA don't have , As in he can't incriminate himself in an ASADA interview.

    I am interested to see how he is going to deal with the judge giving him 10 days to hand over documents.
