    So was Lakes mistake that he didn't go full Barry Hall on Petries neck or what? A jumper full of clenched fist is much worse than a full nelson that takes 5 people to drag him off. I also take it that eye gouging is not seen as a serious offence anymore.

    Rioli definitely needs to be made an example of. The tackle is fine, grabbing the arm is fine. Bending it up behind his back is just really stupid. Minimum 2 weeks.

    Don't know if this is intentional or not but it makes sense. There was a shocker in the Hawks Vs Melb game a few weeks ago. Hawks player kicked it about 7m and was paid a mark, the Melb player came in and grabbed whoever had the ball and the umpire called 50m. Really poor decision but nothing...
