    I certainly am a financial member and have been for about 15 years. The problem at the moment is that the attraction of actually going to a game, especially on a Sunday night, is minimal. It's not just Melbourne though that has turned me away from going to the football, it's the game itself...

    I go to the footy to be entertained and frankly Melbourne isn't very entertaining at the moment. I don't particularly like going to the footy and watching my team get thrashed, it's a waste of 3 hours. Anyway, it wasn't our home game so who cares how many supporters turn up?

    Good move, last year the 2 best teams in the west, San Antonio and Dallas, had to play each other in the semi finals which was a joke.

    I think Dan Kelly and the Alpha Males should win it. It took a few listens before i got into to it but now it's on high rotation. Great album, only behind Arctic Monkeys as album of the year in my opinion.

    Skate Punk bands go political? I'm thinking in particular of NOFX and Greenday, two bands who were awesome when they sung about lesbians and masterbation. Classic songs like: Liza and Louise Stickin in my eye Welcome to paradise Brat Now they sing about Bush and Iraq... LAME...

    Would be interested to hear what people think Matsuzaka stats will be next season. I'm tipping: 16-5, 2.95 ERA, 210 Ks Boston would take those numbers.

    Colin Sylvia

    Would want to have a good season next year to justify keeping him. Always plays well for Sandy but can't quite get into it at the top level, all he needs is one big game to get his confidence going.
