    No effort across the board all season. Chad looks like he would rather be up the pub, Heeney looks like it’s his first season playing footy. Too many players playing like they know they won’t be dropped because of who they are. Injuries dont excuse zero effort. Swing the axe.

    Agreed. We should’ve stopped whining to the umpires about their horrible calls and just start flopping around and pretending to be hit high like the Hawks were. They milked the calls way better than us and that was a big factor.

    I think we need to have a serious second in line to push him. He just seems to be in cruise control a lot of the time. I have high hopes for Will Green and think he will eventually force Grundy out.
